However, if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we will initiate the return process within 2 days of receiving your request. Once your request is approved, the exchange will be completed within 6-7 days.Please note that this is applicable only to cases where the product is damaged or an incorrect item has been shipped.

Outside of these situations, cancellations or returns are not covered under our return policy once the product has been purchased.
